Free Lifetime Aftercare & In-Office Hearing Aid Servicing

Each of our Beltone hearing aids includes BelCare™ – our industry-leading service plan for ongoing in-office care and protection for your hearing aid’s life. With our network of over 1,500 Beltone locations across the nation, you are protected wherever you live, work, or travel. We offer in home care when leaving home can be difficult and provide transportation to and from office appointments. From regular cleanings to full replacements, Beltone is here to help.

Warranties & Performance

Every Beltone hearing aid includes a warranty. We recommend visiting us every three months for a free cleaning to keep your hearing aid performing at peak levels. If your hearing aid ever needs to be repaired, our licensed and experienced hearing care staff will diagnose the issue. We can perform many common repairs and services, often with same-day service. If a major repair is needed, we will quickly deliver your hearing aids to the Factory Repair Center. Here they’ll undergo extensive testing and repairs using only Beltone parts and labor. This ensures that your investment in Beltone hearing aids will continue to provide you with the very best quality hearing assistance you’ve come to rely on.
